About Us

Hi, I’m Nora — welcome to FaithNora.

FaithNora just launched, and I’m still building it one post at a time. I started it because I kept noticing the same gap: plenty of places online explain Christianity in general, but fewer offer something specific — the exact prayer for a hard morning, the verse for a season of doubt, a plain explanation of a story you just read and want to understand better.

I’m not a pastor or a theologian — just someone who reads Scripture regularly, prays imperfectly, and wanted to build the resource I wished I already had.

Why FaithNora Exists

There are plenty of places online with information about Christianity. But sometimes you’re not looking for a seminary-level answer — you’re looking for a verse that speaks to exactly what you’re going through today, a prayer to pray before a hard conversation, or a clear explanation of a passage you just read and didn’t fully understand.

That’s what I try to write here.

What You’ll Find

Bible — Verses, stories, characters, and books of the Bible explained simply, plus study help for readers digging into Scripture on their own.

Prayer — Morning and evening prayers, and prayers for specific moments: anxiety, healing, family, protection, strength.

Christian Living — Faith, forgiveness, love, hope, gratitude, peace, and trusting God — the everyday side of following Christ.

Devotionals — Daily, morning, and evening devotionals for a few quiet minutes with Scripture.

Christian Holidays — Christmas, Easter, Good Friday, and Thanksgiving through a biblical lens.

Christian Relationships — Marriage, family, friendship, and parenting, viewed through faith.

How I Approach Scripture

I try to keep verses in their context rather than pulling a line out to fit a tidy message, and I note the translation I’m using when it matters. I don’t have every answer, and I try not to pretend otherwise.

Who This Is For

Whether you’ve followed Jesus for thirty years or you’re opening a Bible for the first time, you’re welcome here. You don’t need to have your questions figured out first.

A Few Honest Limits

FaithNora is a personal Christian blog, not a church, and I’m not a pastor, counselor, or licensed professional. If you’re walking through something serious — a health crisis, a legal situation, a mental health struggle — please also reach out to a qualified professional or your local church alongside anything you read here.

Get in Touch

I read every message that comes in. If a post helped you, frustrated you, or you just want to say hello, you can reach me at faithnora.com@gmail.com.

Thank you for being here. May God bless you on the road ahead.
